There are NO studies on the safety of completely halting puberty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Are_any_experts_worried_Yes\"><\/span>Are any experts worried? Yes.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-3d705b15-f728-4693-9013-7e319f603206\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/fullyinformed.nz\/\">Fully Informed<\/a> is a New Zealand website run by pharmacists and doctors who are concerned<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/linkinghub.elsevier.com\/retrieve\/pii\/S2352464221002352\">Puberty blockers for gender dysphoria: the science is far from settled<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Medicine_or_Malpractice\"><\/span>Medicine or Malpractice?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lesbians-united.org\/organizationMaterials\/Puberty%20Suppression%20Medicine%20or%20Malpractice.pdf\">This report<\/a>, compiled by Lesbians United in the UK, reviews the current research into puberty blockers. The report &#8220;considers over 300 relevant sources, the majority of which are peer-reviewed scientific studies&#8221; and concludes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Substantial evidence from peer-reviewed scientific studies, case studies, and clinical trials suggests that puberty-blocking drugs can negatively affect the skeleton, cardiovascular system, thyroid, brain, genitals, reproductive system, digestive system, urinary tract, muscles, eyes, and immune system.
