#ThisNeverHappens documents cases where men use the cover of a woman identity to commit violent crimes. It is closely related to #NotOurCrimes where violent crimes committed by males are reported on as being committed by women.
Note how the language used to report on earlier cases is more likely to attribute crimes to males. Later reports attribute crimes wholly to women, or females.

2022 – Tianne Miller – Grooming 9 Year Old for Sex
Fortunately, Miller was communicating with police investigators, not a child as he believed.
Tianne Miller, 49, of Greystanes, appeared at Sydney Downing Centre District Court on Thursday after sending a series of sexually explicit messages to investigators in 2020 and 2021.
In July 2020, Child Exploitation Internet Unit detectives caught the widow sending sick messages on Chatiw and Facebook Messenger when she told an identity known as “41” she was 14 and how she intended to engage in sexual activity with her.

2022 – Josh Dean French / Jayda Dean – Child Sexual Abuse and Possession of CSA Materials (sentenced), SA

- Twice filmed himself masturbating next to a sleeping 5 year old

2022 – Rachel Queen Burton, Producing Child Sexual Exploitation Material (accused), SA/NT
- 44 year old male appeared in Adelaide court
- Known on TikTok as rachel.queen8008
- Burton appeared in court on eight child abuse offences ranging from gross indecency to directing a person to sexually manipulate her and producing child exploitation material.
- Case adjourned to allow search and analysis of Burton’s laptop, to be heard in December 2022.

- Male, 27
- Trial held in 2022, crimes committed in 2013
- Abused 2 siblings, (5 and 12) over a 7 year period. “The court heard it is alleged the girls were choked, and one of them had her head held under water, to ensure they didn’t tell anyone about the offences.”
- Set free on bail, because the magistrate thought it was inappropriate for a male to go to a men’s prison.

2021 – Kahdir Kamoun – Indecent exposure to a minor
2021 – Lisa Jones, Attempted Sexual Assault, VIC
- Attempted rape in broad daylight
- “Jones spent six years in a male prison in Germany for sexually abusing a six-year-old girl, before she transitioned”
- Later revealed that Jones had been sent to a women’s prison facility causing the female inmates fear.
2021 – Chloe Jessica Earle, Stalking & Extortion, QLD
“I can’t ignore the fact that as a transgender person with male genitalia if you went to a male jail, your safety would be at risk,” Brisbane District Court Judge Paul Smith said at sentencing. “There is no guarantee if you were sent to a female jail. In fact, it may be the reverse.”

2020 – Jeffrey Terrence Anderson, Child rapist, QLD

Jeffrey Terrence Anderson of Brisbane was convicted of raping a 12-year-old child and two six-year-old children while he was babysitting. While Anderson was in prison, corrections officers found a three-page story in which he detailed a fantasy of raping a three-year-old. He was discovered with images of children as late as 2017. A psychologist observed: “Anderson’s belief that the risk of re-offending would be mitigated by becoming a woman is not supported and somewhat naive.” Still, a judge accepted Anderson’s claim that the cross-sex hormones he had begun using in prison decreased his urges to rape children. Anderson was released from prison on June 4, 2020.

2019 – Vetea Joseph Bunton, Child Abuse Material, QLD
- Released from prison after pleading guilty

… was found in possession of a mobile device that contained “15 images depicting young boys between the age of five years and 16 years posing naked, performing oral sex or engaging in anal intercourse, either with other young people or adults.” He pleaded guilty. An attorney presented a forensic psychologist report, which determined that the images were downloaded out of “curiosity” while struggling with “transgender identity” and “sexual identity.” A judge rejected the argument and sentenced Bunton to probation, but in 2019, a Court of Appeal ordered the record of conviction expunged due to such “unusual circumstances” as Bunton’s “psychological profile.”

2018 – Evie Amati, Axe Attack, NSW
